Webinars: Expanding Private-Market Access in EZLynx
Representatives from Citizens will conduct free Citizens-specific webinars for Clearinghouse Powered by EZLynx®. We will illustrate the important role agency principals play in Citizens’ eligibility verification and introduce new functionality for licensed customer representatives (LCRs).
In these sessions, we will:
Help agency principals leverage all available private markets in EZLynx through accurate staff credentialing and carrier setup.
Demonstrate new EZLynx functionality that enables LCRs to facilitate private-market placement by selecting an appropriate agent of record while completing quotes.
Complete an EZLynx quote and explain an agent of record’s responsibilities to add credentials for all available carriers

We encourage agency principals, agents, LCRs and support staff to attend. For those who cannot attend one of the live sessions, a webinar recording will be available by Monday, July 14.
Registration Process for Webinars
If you haven’t already logged in, enter your Citizens Authentication Gateway (CAG) credentials (the username and password used to log in to Citizens’ external website). The Session Details screen will display.
Select Request. You will receive a confirmation email from LMS@citizensfla.com.
Note: Do not forward the confirmation email because the launch link will break.
Select Accept to add the session to your calendar.
You also can access the registration via Citizens Learning Center (CLC) on the Agents site:
Select Training > Live Education. Select the webinar link and follow the above registration steps.
Select your initials on the top-right corner of the Agents site. Choose Citizens Learning Center from the drop-down menu on the left, under My Systems. Enter the session name in the search box at the top of the CLC homepage and press Enter. The search results will display all available training related to your search criteria.
Notes: The webinar does not:
Provide continuing education credits for maintaining a Florida insurance license
Satisfy Citizens’ biennial agent certification requirement, nor does it satisfy the training required for an initial appointment for Citizens. For more appointment information, see How to Join Citizens on our website's About Us section under Business to Business > Agencies.
