Boarding takes place at the Port of Tampa. You must check in online prior to boarding. Please make sure to be at the port at the LATEST by 1:30 PM. Parking can be found at parking decks across the street from the port, or via valet at the port. Experienced travelers in our group suggest that valet parking is the best and easiest option. Port departure with take place at 4:00 PM.

We encourage all registrants to join us for the 5 PM dining seating. It’s not required, but doing so not only ensures you will dine with the majority of our speakers and attendees, but also frees up your evening for more networking, entertainment, or family time.
